The HTP Cool Club Maintenance Agreement provides peace of mind and helps your air-conditioning system work efficiently & improve longevity, saving you money. Your Preventative Maintenance Inspection includes a complete 40 point tuneup to your HVAC system.
This preventative service should be scheduled during normal working hours, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Filters are additional. No refunds, exchanges or credits. Expires 1 year from purchase date regardless if tune up visits are used. Agreement is transferable to a new homeowner when service is established with the Company.
THREE DAY AGREEMENT CANCELLATION:
YOU HAVE 3 DAYS FROM THE AGREEMENT EFFECTIVE DATE (ON THE FRONT) TO CANCEL THIS AGREEMENT.
