During your maintenance appointment, your technician will conduct a 40-point inspection, which includes:

Check and clean filters, replacing if necessary (filters must be present at time of appointment)
Test for adequate refrigerant charge
Examine and clean condensate drain line (includes basic cleaning)
Check condenser and clean if necessary
Lubricate condenser fan motor
Tighten electrical connections
Check voltage at unit under load
Check blower belt for condition, tension, and alignment
Check all safety controls
Keep records of the condition of your systems

After each visit, you’ll have peace of mind knowing that your system is operating at peak efficiency.
