During your maintenance appointment, your technician will conduct a 40-point inspection, which includes:
- Check and clean filters, replacing if necessary (filters must be present at time of appointment)
- Test for adequate refrigerant charge
- Examine and clean condensate drain line (includes basic cleaning)
- Check condenser and clean if necessary
- Lubricate condenser fan motor
- Tighten electrical connections
- Check voltage at unit under load
- Check blower belt for condition, tension, and alignment
- Check all safety controls
- Keep records of the condition of your systems
After each visit, you’ll have peace of mind knowing that your system is operating at peak efficiency.
* This preventative service should be scheduled during normal working hours, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Filters are additional. No refunds, exchanges or credits. Plan will auto renew monthly unless cancellation is received per the terms and conditions (this should be a link with the separate page of terms & conditions).
