• One annual whole house electrical safety inspection
• Annual breaker panel maintenance
• Provide a written report each time you require service.
• Check your smoke detectors are operational and change the batteries (annually).
• Test the ground fault protection in your home.
• Check all wall fixtures, lamps and ceiling lights (up to 8 ft) for working lightbulbs.
• Preferred pricing on any electrical work needed that’s up to 15% off standard rates with a cap of up to $500.00 discount max.

* This preventative service should be scheduled during normal working hours, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 3:00p.m. No refunds, exchanges or credits. Agreement is transferable to a new homeowner when service is established with the Company. Hi-Tech Plumbing will evaluate and inspect all exposed and accessible electric in the home. Including, but not limited to, lighting, smoke detectors, electrical panel.
