HI- TECH  VIP Membership Terms & Conditions

The VIP Member Subscription is a monthly subscription between the Seller (HI-TECH) and the Customer (VIP Member) providing access to specific benefits and/or discounts provided for in membership agreement.

VIP Members can use any or all services and benefits included in VIP Member Subscription Plan beginning upon the date of purchase, including, but not limited to, annual maintenance such as air conditioning, heating, plumbing and electrical tune-ups or inspections, drain cleaning, vouchers, discounted service fees or diagnostics and extended warranties for repairs made while active VIP Member. It is the sole responsibility of the Customer to utilize any or all the services, discounts and benefits included with the VIP Member Subscription.

Seller is not responsible for the underutilization of any VIP Member benefits and is under no obligation to refund any portion of services, benefits or discounts not utilized during the subscription term or at time of cancellation. Customer agrees to receive communications from Seller in the form of direct mail, email, SMS/Text or phone calls that may include reminders about benefits available, access to account information, special offers, scheduling recommendations and so forth. However, it is still up to the Customer to be familiar with and to take advantage of any or all benefits as wanted or needed, and Seller is not responsible for underutilization of the benefits.

The VIP Member Subscription is a monthly recurring credit card transaction. It is up to the customer to provide and maintain a valid credit card on file while an active member. If Customer does not provide updated credit card information or approval to re-process payment within 2 weeks of a declined transaction, it will be considered canceled. 30 Day Cancellation required in writing by mail or email (with verification of receipt by HI-TECH). No refunds provided for prior charges previously agreed to as part of membership subscription agreement. Any security interest arising out of this transaction will be canceled. If you cancel this agreement, you are responsible to pay seller for any goods, services and discounts received under this agreement. If you do not pay for the goods, services and discounts received under this agreement within 10 business days of the date of your notice of cancellation, the agreement will remain in effect and you will remain liable for performance of all obligations under this agreement

HI-TECH also reserves the right to terminate subscription/agreement with notice to the customer and will automatically prevent future billing from occurring upon notice. Agreement is transferable to a new homeowner when service is established with the Company. If client purchases new AC unit with other company Hi-Tech has the right to suspend remaining visit unless client pays transfer fee to new ac equipment to continue with benefits of the agreement and transfer to new equipment. HTP will auto renew on its expiration date unless cancellation is given 30 days prior.

Disclaimers

  1. Free Estimates (aka no trip fees/no service fees – up to $175.00 Value)
    • VIP Members will not pay for service / trip fees between 8am to 5pm Monday thru Friday.
    • Service Calls / Trip Fees do not include diagnostics charges or repair estimates.
    • After Hours & Holiday Rates are not included and may vary.
    • For any recommended repairs, upgrades or services that requires additional labor, materials, or services, VIP Members will receive up to 15% off any approved estimates.
    • All repair options and pricing provided up front at time of service with required customer approval before work begins and VIP Member 1-Year Parts & Labor Warranty (vs 100 Day Standard Warranty) while maintaining an active VIP Membership, or warranty will revert to standard warranties provided for specific services provided. VIP Member 2-Year Parts & Labor Warranty on New installation or replacement.
    • HI-TECH reserves the right to refuse free service calls for repeat requests for the same repair whereby repair recommendations have been provided and the customer declines to make said repairs.
    • Limit of up to 2 Bathrooms, Additional Fee applies for homes over 2+ Baths. Limit of up to 1 standard accessible electrical panel. Access fee additional. Electrical evaluation does not include, among other things, tankless water heater, attic checkup, sprinkler timers, electrical pumps, concealed electric, repair of any type, parts, or supplies. Restrictions apply, limited scheduling availability in peak season & Hi-tech reserves the right to modify, change or cancel agreement terms and conditions.
  2. Each VIP Member is eligible to receive up to four total maintenance visits per year, including: ($700 Average Value when used)
    • ONE HTP Cool Visit in Fall/Winter Heating & Safety Inspection per year for all systems including our 40 Point Tune up Checklist & filter replacements (No charge if customer supplied).
    • ONE HTP Cool Visit Spring/Summer Air Conditioning Inspection per year for all systems including our 40 Point Tune up Checklist & filter replacements. (No charge if customer supplied). Ask for Complete Details.
    • ONE HTP 65 Point Plumbing Inspection that includes drains, 1 tank style water heaters with flush out, garbage disposals, fixtures, toilets, gas lines, laundry drain lines, and more. Ask for Complete Details.
    • ONE HTP Electrical inspection that includes Main Panel Boards; Arc Fault Breakers; GFCI Protection; Inspect 1-2 receptacles per circuit; Accessible smoke/CO detectors and more. Hi-Tech will evaluate and inspect all exposed and accessible electric in the home. Including, but not limited to, lighting, smoke detectors, electrical panel. Ask for Complete Details.
    • These preventative services should be scheduled during normal working hours, general availability Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 3:00p.m. No refunds, exchanges or credits. Agreement is transferable to a new homeowner when service is established with the Company for a transfer fee.
  3. Save up to 15% on repairs & diagnostics, up to $500 per invoice
    • Discounts only apply to repairs or diagnostic fees, and does not include discounts on replacement equipment such as condensers, water heaters, panels, etc.
    • For new equipment, VIP Members will benefit from the best possible, current discounts and offers Hi-Tech promotes at said time and all available payment plan options including 3rd party financing with approved credit will be available.
    • Discounts valid on applicable repairs and diagnostics only. Cannot be combined with other discounts, offers, coupons or specials.
  4. 2-Year Extended Warranties on Installation & Replacements
    • Extended Warranties are valid for active VIP Members only. If a member cancels, the warranty will revert to standard warranty for work provided.
  5. Save thousands with exclusive VIP Member vouchers
    • VIP Members will receive and have access to exclusive VIP Member Only Vouchers for multiple, select products and services, from installation of new equipment to services such as duct cleaning. Members may opt for alternative offers or discounts that are equal to or better than VIP Member Vouchers represented. See coupons for details. Offers may be subject to change. Call for details. VIP member only vouchers are non-transferrable
